Available Positions

BCBA – BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST

General Summary

As an Agile ABA Consultants BCBA , you will primarily be responsible for conducting assessments, designing ABA programs for skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans, parent training, and ongoing supervision and training of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s) in both clinic and home-based settings.

Job Details

  • Develop treatment goals based on direct and indirect assessments
  • Visual analysis of collected data and revision of programming based on analysis
  • Provide initial and ongoing training to Behavior Technicians (BT’s)
  • Directly observe treatment implementation for potential program revision and to ensure consistency across team members
  • Model and train Behavior Technicians to implement new programs or treatment protocols
  • Provide training and supervision to team members working towards their BCBA credential
  • Prepare biannual or quarterly progress reports as required by various funding sources

Other Duties/Responsibilities

  • Attendance and instruction at regular staff meetings and company-wide training days.
  • Completion of required service summary forms
  • Weekly entry of ABA hours delivered to clients.

Supervisory Responsibility

  • Clinical Supervisor to Behavior Technicians (BT’s)

Qualifications

  • Masters and/or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred), Psychology, or Special Education
  • Valid and current certification as a BCBA/BCBA-D, LABA
  • At least one year experience working as a BCBA and 2 years’ experience in ABA
  • Strong supervisory skills and a willingness to accept and provide regular feedback
  • Ability to communicate effectively and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CPR/BLS preferred
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills
RBT – Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team! As an Agile ABA Consultants employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis. Job Details

  • Full Time/Part Time.
  • Implement direct and indirect teaching programs, reinforcement systems, and behavior guidelines.
  • Collect daily data on direct and indirect programs and target behaviors for reduction/replacement.
  • Complete progress notes.
  • Provide BCBA with feedback regarding effectiveness of strategies and techniques utilized.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Program Administrator.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience as an RBT
  • Must have a related license or certification

Physical Demands

  • Ability to occasionally lift children, materials, or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, sitting, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Ability to perform regular office duties.
